The mission of TTS is to provide a space through the YouTube channel, courses, memberships, and one on ones where we can practice living in alignment with our hearts through bringing awareness to, and breaking down old patterns and belief structures that do not serve us. Our goal is to live more present, joyful, and meaningful lives.

The vision of TTS is to help as many people as we can to shine their unique lights in this world. We believe this supports the collective shift toward a love-based paradigm rather than the one based in fear, greed, and control.

Calming the nervous system and quieting the mind are important parts of this process. Awareness of our beliefs is required to root out what keeps us cycling through unhealthy patterns, and we must be quiet and connected to gain awareness. Integration is our homework! The place where we use our new insights to create a noticeable difference in how we relate to the world and what it reflects back to us as a result. We’ll learn techniques for calming the nervous system, how to identify obstacles, connect the dots between our emotions and our desires, and set implementation plans. We’ll also share inspiring information from many sources.

The Touchstone Studio is a resource and a sounding board for following our intuition. Brought together, we can strengthen and lift each other. We all go through similar experiences as humans, but how we respond to them is unique. We all have valuable information to share about what we’ve learned. Embracing uniqueness is celebrated here, because we can learn new ways of being that resonate.
