What is the Art of Living in Alignment?
We’re tired of feeling trapped, frustrated, sad, insignificant, and pressured to perform. We want to be experiencing something different. We want out from under the weight of our wounded perceptions and society’s expectations to live freer, happier, more fulfilling lives.
I’m outing myself as someone who has struggled with these kinds of feelings for most of my life. Only a few of my closest people know this… how it has affected my relationships, impacted my health, and become a life’s mission to understand and change. I know many people who have not been influenced and affected by societal expectations this way, and see things much differently. I love hearing those perspectives as it helps expand my own. And for those who can relate, I invite a dialogue and hope it eases your passage.
Whether you are navigating your gut feelings in a social situation, are challenged by the personality of someone close to you, have trouble expressing your feelings with your partner, are contemplating your spirituality, or are facing a big life change but aren’t sure how to begin, I hope my perspectives and stories of transformation provide space for you to consider your own. From my heart to yours, living in alignment is a journey, and it is possible to be significantly satisfied with life along the way.
